I do not understand such a negative review (Avoid,avoid,avoid). I have been a client for over 4 years and have been met with nothing but courtesy, professionalism and care. Kelly and her staff are extremely knowledgeable and always happy to assist with queries, suggestions and assistance when buying any of their products. Kelly is a very dynamic and committed young business woman so perhaps the lady with the problem would meet with Kelly where I am sure the problem could be resolved,.

I had such a lovely experience here. Kelly was amazing watching the care she took and the way she detailed and explained every step was fantastic - she is certainly very talented. Every care was taken to make sure I was happy and onboard with what she was doing. I cannot imagine anyone leaving the salon and not being 100% happy. I would highly recommend.

For someone who has always had very very long hair, and a slight fear of cutting it, I truly felt in good hands and at ease with Kelly and her girls who made my transformation from long and lifeless hair to a gorgeous balayage bob such a great experience. Kelly is not only THE best hairdresser I have ever trusted, but really does love her work which I think makes all the difference. Expect a 5 star treatment from start to finish, unbeatable knowledge and skill as well as an honest and friendly approach. Love my new do!
